OK Hale, let me tell you why we are all so bloody caught and stuck in this bloody screwed world of exams. In ancient times, most civilistaions had a form of caste system or similar social structure. And I tell you, it was screwed for many reasons. i. If your dad was a transport maintenance technologist (sweeper)/washroom engineer (cleaner), that's what you would have to be all your life. No switching. ii. Your career would be decided and it would be near impossible to switch careers (it'd be easier you shave balls for a living) iii. etc etc etc Hence, some bloody wisecrack decided to come up with written exams and thought it was the key to everything. and THAT'S why we have to shovel shit every day now...
